Yes. Obivu has been SOC 2 Type II certified since 2022, and HIPAA-compliant deployments are available on the Enterprise plan. All pilot data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), isolated per workspace, and deleted within 30 days of pilot cancellation. We do not train models on your data.
Our team imports your existing research artefacts from Dovetail, Pendo, Productboard, or Notion research hubs — including tags, highlights, and linked evidence. Median migration time is 38 minutes; complex workspaces (10,000+ artefacts) typically complete in under 24 hours. You keep a full export in your own storage at the end of the pilot.
No. You get a ranked feed of validated customer signals — each one scored against your roadmap themes, attached to the source verbatim, and traceable to the underlying ticket, interview, or analytics event. The Intent Graph model surfaces unmet needs with 93% precision in peer-reviewed benchmarks. It is decision-ready input, not a chart library.
Up to 25 seats are included free during the pilot — typically enough for your product, research, and growth leads plus the PMs who'll act on the insights. If you need more, your pilot engineer can extend the seat count at no extra cost for the 14 days.
You decide. If you continue, you pick a plan that fits your seat count; you keep your workspace, your migrations, and your ranked feed exactly as they are. If you don't continue, the workspace is archived for 30 days (you can export everything) and then permanently deleted. We never auto-bill — billing only starts on day 15 if you explicitly choose a paid plan.
Email your pilot engineer or [email protected] — no forms, no retention call required. Cancellation takes effect immediately, you keep a full export, and the data is purged within 30 days. There is no charge to cancel because there was no charge to begin.
